Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator to manage coordination of mechanical and electrical works on HDB BTO projects in Singapore. You will review drawings, resolve clashes, monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include site inspections, coordinating with contractors and consultants, attending progress meetings, and preparing reports to track corrective actions and timely completion of works.

Qualifications

• Minimum BCA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Experience handling HDB BTO projects from commencement to final handover.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, construction drawings, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works according to project specifications and drawings.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Review M&E drawings and coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports and documentation.
• Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of works.
