Job summary

TNB Builder in Singapore is seeking an M&E Coordination Engineer to assist in planning, controlling and coordinating mechanical and electrical works on site. You will check drawings, liaise with site engineers, conduct M&E coordination meetings, monitor work progress, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, at least 3 years in building construction, and the ability to work under tight

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction site activities.
• Co-ordinate, liaise & communication with people at all levels.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Able to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works.
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification.
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow.
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting.
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress.
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project.
