Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Mechanical/Electrical Site Coordinator to review and coordinate M&E, structural and architectural drawings, identify discrepancies and resolve conflicts on site.

You will liaise with M&E subcontractors, consultants and internal teams to facilitate smooth shop drawing alignment and design amendments. Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, coordinating interfaces between trades, overseeing temporary site utilities, and supporting the Project

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of M&E works experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications, with good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate M&E, structural and architectural drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve conflicts.
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors, consultants and internal teams on shop drawings and design amendments.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work progress, coordinate interfaces between trades and address issues promptly to minimise delays.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, M&E Manager and Project Engineer to resolve site coordination issues, ensure drawing availability and maintain technical documentation.
• Oversee temporary site utilities, including electrical supply, water and sanitary facilities, and attend site inspections, technical discussions and coordination meetings.
