Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in M&E engineering (or related) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Experience in building construction projects will be an advantage.
• Familiar with M&E systems, construction drawings and site coordination.
• Good understanding of Singapore building regulations, codes and standards.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work on-site and support project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E works for construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate M&E-related matters with the project team.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site coordination matters.
• Conduct inspections and ensure works comply with relevant standards, regulations and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain M&E-related documentation, reports and records.
• Liaise with relevant parties on testing, commissioning and handover activities.
