Job summary

Qing Feng Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified M&E Coordinator to ensure adherence to mechanical and electrical specifications and contract requirements throughout project progress.

You will liaise with consultants and clients to resolve technical M&E issues, coordinate with architectural and structural teams on design and schedule, manage M&E subcontractors with site engineers and the project manager, and prepare M&E coordination drawings for submission on time.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM (Revit) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure M&E specs and contractual requirements are complied throughout project progress.
• Liaise with consultants and client on designs and resolve technical M&E matters.
• Coordinate with Architectural & Structural teams on design and project schedule.
• Manage M&E subcontractors with Site Engineers and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce M&E coordination drawings for submissions.
