Job summary

Utec Integrated Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works on multiple projects. You will review project specifications, monitor progress, and ensure workmanship and schedules align with contract requirements.

Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors and in-house architectural/structural teams to resolve discrepancies, prepare shop drawings, and manage progress claims and drawing issuance efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
