Job summary

SG UNITED CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an on-site M&E Construction Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in HDB BTO projects. You will coordinate M&E installations, liaise with consultants, and participate in technical meetings to drive project planning and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site progress, maintaining schedules, resolving installation conflicts, and coordinating inspections with M&E RTO/RE to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within building construction.

• Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays.
• Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE as required.

• Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions

• Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE to meet regulatory and project requirements

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry
