Job summary

Newcon Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to lead the alignment of mechanical and electrical drawings with project specifications, review designs for compliance, and coordinate with consultants and clients. This role also involves preparing combined services drawings and overseeing sub-contractors’ progress and approvals on technical matters.

The position requires at least 3 years of M&E coordination experience in local construction, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination (advantage).
• Min 3+ years as M&E Coordinator in local construction firm with HDB project experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore standards & requirements.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements for M&E Works.

• Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management/Project Manager
