Job summary

Lian Beng Group in Singapore is seeking a site M&E supervisor to check drawings and provisions for M&E works, and to coordinate all M&E sub-contractors' activities on industrial, commercial and institutional projects.

You will ensure works comply with authorities, assist the Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done, and coordinate commissioning and testing of M&E systems while enforcing safe work procedures and environmental controls at the site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works.
• Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work.
• Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done.
• Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
