Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capable M&E coordinator for diverse industrial, commercial, and institutional projects in Singapore. You will review drawings, coordinate M&E subcontractors, and ensure compliance with authorities’ requirements to maintain project quality and safety.

The role involves assisting the quantity surveyor with measurements, coordinating commissioning and testing, and identifying risks or environmental impacts to implement safe work procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works.
• Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work.
• Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done.
• Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
