Job summary

Deenn Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent M&E engineer to support project delivery in Singapore. You will review drawings, coordinate M&E subcontractors, and ensure compliance with authorities for industrial, commercial, and institutional works.

You will assist the Quantity Surveyor in measurement activities, coordinate commissioning and testing, and help identify risks and implement safe, environmentally responsible procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Check drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
• Coordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work
• Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work
• Coordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
