Job summary

Inn Interior Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Coordinator in Singapore to oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications, and attend consultant meetings to resolve on-site issues.

The role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently and lead on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as M&E Coordinator in construction related field.
• Able to work independently and possess strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E subcontractors' work progress to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure M&E subcontractor's work is executed in accordance to specifications.
• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues and identify discrepancies across M&E, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design and Client provisions.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works and supervise progress on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors' M&E work to ensure on-schedule completion.
