Job summary

SHINEWAY ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager by supervising and coordinating all MEP services to meet the project programme.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, is hardworking and self-motivated, and can work effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a proven ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Good learning ability and hard-working attitude.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Able to work in a team and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E services work and coordinate with other departments to meet project timelines.
• Supervise day-to-day site works.
• Handle project supervision and documentation.
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submissions of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress.
• Attend progress/site/MEP meetings.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes of practice and safety regulations.
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time and within budget.
• Ensure quality of works and safety regulations are complied with.
