Job summary

SH Design & Build Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent M&E Coordinator to oversee coordination across electrical, ACMV, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and ELV systems on active construction sites in Singapore.

You will review M&E shop drawings, participate in clash resolution meetings, and ensure installations adhere to project requirements while coordinating with structure and architecture teams. Experience on HDB projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as M&E/MEP Coordinator on HDB construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read M&E drawings.

• Conduct coordination and clash resolution meetings.
• Ensure M&E installation follows project requirements.
• Coordinate services routing with structure and architecture.
• Manage authority inspections and testing activities.
• Monitor M&E progress and readiness for commissioning.
• Coordinate system handover activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HDB construction projects as an M&E / MEP Coordinator.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
