Job summary

SCB Building Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable M&E Coordination Engineer to support design/construction teams, ensuring E&M installations align with project requirements and local standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering; specialist diploma in M&E coordination is a plus.
• At least 5 years’ experience in M&E coordination for HDB projects in local construction.
• Proficient in CAD, Revit/Navisworks; able to read 3D models and drawings.
• Good knowledge of local standards and requirements.

• To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting
• To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors' work to ensure shop drawing and services are well coordinated to suit sequence and installation
• Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment

Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E co-ordination will be an advantage
• At least 5 years' experience in HDB projects M&E Coordination in local construction firm
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential
• Good knowledge of local standards & requirements
• Understanding of a Design & Build contract/project
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
