Job summary

RITE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Coordinator to coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants and project teams in Singapore.

You will review drawings, manage shop drawings and RFIs, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with plans and schedules. The role requires reading M&E drawings, familiarity with building services and strong communication skills to resolve issues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret M&E, architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiar with building services systems and installation methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Review M&E drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies and follow up on solutions.
• Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.
• Prepare and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions and RFIs.
• Monitor installation progress and workmanship against drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Attend coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, rectification works and handover documents.
