Job summary

RRecruiter in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Engineering lead to head the M&E coordination and BIM team on flagship infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and internal teams; review M&E drawings/BIM models to resolve design and site coordination issues; plan and monitor M&E works, approvals, testing, commissioning and handover; and support cost control and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&E engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in coordinating M&E and BIM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E coordination and BIM team.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and internal teams.
• Review M&E drawings/BIM models and resolve design and site coordination issues.
• Plan and monitor M&E works, approvals, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Support cost control, subcontractor evaluation, RFIs and project documentation.
