Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works on local construction projects, including HDB assignments.

The role involves reviewing contracts, aligning designs, and liaising with consultants and clients to ensure compliance with specifications. You will manage sub-contractor progress, drawings, materials, and safety standards, attend site meetings, and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years’ experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction with HDB project experience.
• Good knowledge of local standards and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements
• Review and align M&E design drawings with specifications
• Prepare combined services drawings and liaise with consultants/clients
• Manage M&E sub-contractors' progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submissions and approvals
• Coordinate and supervise M&E works with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors
• Ensure M&E works meet specifications and drawings
• Ensure on-time, within budget, compliant with standards and safety regulations
• Attend site meetings as required
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management/Project Manager
