Job summary

LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team on large scale projects in Singapore.

You will supervise M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers, ensuring design and coordination are delivered to meet project requirements and timelines. You will attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors, review M&E drawings and coordinate resolutions of any technical or site issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Degree in M&E or BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Job Description:

• - Responsible for managing a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
• - Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
• - Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• - Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• - Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
• - Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• - Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• - Supervise the progress of works on site.
• - Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are properly aligned and completed according to the project schedule.
• - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• - Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• - Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• - Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• - Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.
• - Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
• - Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regarded.
• - Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
