Job summary

linkedcorp hr consultancy pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team (M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers) for design and coordination on large-scale projects in Singapore.

You will attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders. The role requires a degree in M&E (PEB-recognised or BCA M&E coordination certificate) and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Strong leadership, team spirit and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers in design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Interface or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring submission/approval status.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to align with the project schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• - Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• - Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
• - Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• - Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• - Supervise the progress of works on site.
• - Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are properly aligned and completed according to the project schedule.
• - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• - Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• - Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• - Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• - Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.
• - Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
• - Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regarded.
• - Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
