Job summary

Zohorecruit is sourcing a Senior Business Development Manager for a Singapore-based M&E engineering and construction group. You’ll hunt for new opportunities, build early relationships with decision-makers and drive revenue across semiconductor, data centres, and industrial facilities sectors.

The role requires 10–15 years in BD, sales or tendering within M&E/engineering, plus a proven track record of winning new clients and expanding strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years in BD, sales, tendering, KAM in M&E/engineering/construction.
• Hunter profile with track record opening new clients.
• Experience in multiple M&E sectors including semiconductor and data centres.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new M&E services and construction opportunities across sectors.
• Build early engagement with decision-makers and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate across units to match opportunities with capabilities.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and tender processes.
• Support diversification into new clients, sectors and project types.
