Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is assisting a client in Singapore to hire a BIM Modeller with M&E experience. The role focuses on detailed design documentation, modeling for mobility/equipment systems, and adhering to BEP and project workflows.

You will run clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary feeds, update drawings, and maintain a BIM content library, with working hours 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri, at Kaki Bukit. The position is a 1-year contract with renewal and a monthly salary up to 5,000 SGD plus a

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
• 3 years of BIM Modelling experience for M&E.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Use BIM software to generate detailed design documentation and modeling for mobility/equipment systems.
• Perform multi-disciplinary spatial coordination and clash analysis to resolve model inconsistencies.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project workflows, and standard modeling guidelines.
• Monitor model revisions, update structural/architectural drawings, and report design variations to the BIM coordinator.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional engineering teams to integrate design changes and overcome technical challenges.
• Build and maintain a standardized BIM content/family library to support Project, Sales, and Sales Engineering functions.
• Support the BIM Coordinator in executing assigned project deliverables and drafting schedules.
