Job summary

Annexion Partners Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of mechanical and electrical BIM models across multiple projects. You will develop and maintain 3D BIM models in Revit MEP, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and collaborate with M&E engineers, architects and contractors to ensure accurate design integration.

The role requires strong communication, BEP knowledge, and familiarity with ACC or BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E BIM modelling and coordination experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks with strong clash detection and coordination skills.
• Solid knowledge of M&E services including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and fire protection.
• Experience coordinating M&E with Architectural and Structural disciplines on diverse projects.
• Familiarity with BEP, BIM standards and Singapore submission requirements.
• Experience with ACC, BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E BIM models across projects.
• Develop and maintain 3D M&E BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Conduct clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and BIM Modellers.
• Prepare and review M&E shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and issue clash reports.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with BEP, standards, and submission schedules.
• Review M&E service routing and equipment placement for constructability.
• Coordinate BIM updates through design and construction phases.
• Provide technical guidance and promote BIM best practices.
