Job summary

ug m&e pte. ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller for MEP to develop 3D BIM models and coordination using Revit. The role involves ensuring accuracy of documents, adhering to BIM plans, and producing shop drawings for construction and coordination.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of BIM experience, knowledge of Revit MEP, and familiarity with Navisworks or equivalent tools. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM modelling for MEP using Revit.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with design engineers.
• Good communication and teamwork within project teams.
• Experience with BIM standards and project workflow criteria.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling for construction documents and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEP 3D BIM models for coordination and collaboration using Revit.
• Ensure accuracy of construction documents, parameters and information in BIM models.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM standards, deliverables, and Level of Development requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for implementation.
• Create and develop MEP families according to equipment specifications.
• Manage clash detection and reporting for A&S and other services.
