CES_SDC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM specialist to lead M&E modelling and coordinate interfaces across Architectural, Structural and Civil disciplines on complex projects.

You will deliver accurate, clash-free BIM models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, follow the BIM Executive Plan, and support digital workflows while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. This role also involves ensuring BEP adherence and contributing to delivery excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in M&E disciplines.
• Minimum 5+ years of BIM experience in M&E modelling.
• Hands-on and able to work independently.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of M&E systems, BIM coordination and clash detection.
• BIM/Digital Delivery certification preferred.
• Experience automating BIM workflows and data extraction is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Perform and coordinate M&E BIM modelling for building services.
• Coordinate M&E models with other disciplines and resolve clashes.
• Maintain and update clash matrix/register with status and dates.
• Coordinate and track design changes from SWCs and reflect in BIM.
• Ensure models comply with BEP, BIM standards and client requirements.
• Support BIM Manager in related activities and ad-hoc duties.
