CES_SDC PTE. LTD. invites a skilled BIM engineer to perform and coordinate M&E BIM modelling for building services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will coordinate models with architectural and structural teams, maintain the Clash Matrix, track changes from SWCs, and ensure BEP and client requirements are met. Hands-on capability with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD is essential.

Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills are vital in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant BIM experience in M&E disciplines.
• Hands-on capability to carry out M&E BIM modelling independently.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Certification in BIM/Digital Delivery preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform and coordinate M&E BIM modelling for building services.
• Coordinate M&E models with architectural/structural disciplines and resolve clashes.
• Maintain Clash Matrix/Clash Register with status and dates.
• Incorporate changes from SWCs into BIM models and ensure BEP compliance.
• Assist BIM Manager with related duties.
