Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical ability and proficiency with valuation techniques.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas to identify and evaluate M&A and capital raising opportunities.
• Support execution of corporate finance transactions with clients, investors, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Prepare pitch materials, teasers, investment memorandums, and investor presentations.
• Perform financial analysis and build financial models for M&A and capital raising.
• Conduct company valuations using DCF, comps, precedents, and asset-based approaches.
• Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and facilitate Q&A with clients and advisers.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research.
