Job summary

Grant Thornton Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, and manage candidate communications.

You will generate reports, participate in recruitment events, post roles on job boards, and serve as the candidate liaison from application to offer. Fresh graduates or 1 year HR experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Communicate with applicants to follow up on applications.
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates with internal stakeholders.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis.
• Attend recruitment events and career fairs.
• Post roles on the company website and other job boards.
• Act as candidate liaison from application to offer acceptance.
• Support other People & Culture responsibilities as required.
