Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join our Deals Advisory corporate finance team. You will help deliver M&A advisory, build financial models, and prepare client presentations under partner and director guidance.

You should have a degree in business/finance and at least 2 years of relevant transaction experience with banks or corporate finance houses; strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter with initiative.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance required or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses.
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services on project teams.
• Prepare presentation materials / pitches and execute engagements under guidance of Partners and Directors.
• Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling.
