Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience for the Senior Associate role, preferably in a professional services environment with exposure to M&A Advisory and/or Financial Due Diligence.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for the Assistant Manager role with mentoring experience.
• Experience engaging with external clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and insights development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Populate and analyze financial data to support due diligence engagements.
• Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and deliverables for clients and stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate technical accounting issues affecting valuation and structuring.
• Conduct industry and company research using online tools and publicly available information.
• Contribute to client presentations by synthesizing findings into clear insights.
• Support management and delivery of client engagements and coordinate timelines.
• Review junior team members' work and provide guidance to ensure quality deliverables.
