Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a junior Corporate Transactions practitioner in Singapore to support cross-border M&A and investments for public and private clients. The role emphasizes drafting, due diligence, negotiations, and post-closing work within a high-caliber team.

You will contribute to complex transactions across regulated sectors, build client relationships, and develop regulatory and transactional expertise in a globally integrated practice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' legal experience in a top-tier firm
• Qualified in Singapore
• Strong experience in M&A transactions
• Curious and adaptable with solid drafting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills

Responsabilités

• Drafting and reviewing of sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements
• Familiarity with due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)
• Assisting in negotiations and related matters
• Matter completion and post-closing work
• Business development and networking activities
• Contributing to department know-how
