Qualifications

• Required: Business-level English proficiency for daily customer service, documentation and internal reporting.
• Preferred: Experience in customer service, retail or administrative roles.
• Other requirements: Accuracy and attention to detail in cash handling and POS reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and service guidance.
• Receive buy-in items; support documentation, tagging and processing.
• POS/Cashier operations, sales reconciliation, and payment processing.
• General administrative tasks: scheduling, filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
• Inventory management and stockroom organisation.
• Coordinate and report with Japan HQ.
