Job summary

CAPELLA HOTEL in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to support the room sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communications. You will coordinate site visits, maintain CRM records in Opera Cloud, and help drive revenue through upselling and events.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Hospitality Management with at least 1 year in a luxury hotel, and are proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a hands-on role based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in luxury hotels.
• Understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site visits and assist in proposals, contracts and sales agreements.
• Handle inquiries via email and phone to support room sales activities.
• Maintain client records and sales activities in Opera Cloud CRM.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Assist in managing group bookings and site-showings of residences and hotel.
• Support client events and upsell hotel services and meeting spaces.
