Job summary

Dior in Singapore seeks a Training Manager to lead the market's training strategy and manage the training and fashion styling team, ensuring an exceptional client experience that upholds Dior's high standards.

The role delivers corporate retail training, coaches staff on selling and service techniques, and develops seasonal trainings with merchandising. It also tracks training effectiveness using tools like DIOR(K)NOW and TRAINING TRACKER.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in training delivery including management training, selling techniques training or customer service training.
• Luxury fashion/retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint) and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and collaborate with the Country Manager to formulate and execute effective training programs.
• Build and monitor a training action plan tailored to market needs.
• Develop annual training plan with long- and mid-term visions for training strategy.
• Deliver corporate retail training and development activities; evaluate effectiveness.
• Coach the retail team on performance, selling and service techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Host seasonal collection trainings with merchandising; organize inductions for staff.
• Analyze training data (DIOR(K)NOW, DIOR(CX), TRAINING TRACKER) to assess impact.
• Ensure service excellence and Dior Experience across client interactions.
• Provide ongoing coaching for new joiners and develop soft skills; ensure staff integration.
• Collaborate with teams to align actions with the House’s direction.
