B.P. DE SILVA JEWELLERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales leader to elevate luxury shopping experiences and drive sales across the team. You will champion clienteling strategies, nurture VIP relationships, and ensure consistent brand standards.

In partnership with Operations, you will manage stock, oversee replenishment, and maintain inventory accuracy, while mentoring colleagues to achieve targets and deliver outstanding after-sales service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably jewellery.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse clientele and team.
• Passionate about people, design, and luxury, with a sharp eye for fashion and style.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Experience mentoring others and thriving in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences to clients and drive sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with VIPs and key customers through clienteling strategies.
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM to foster lasting connections and after-sales excellence.
• Lead by example with professionalism and integrity, mentoring the team.
• Share weekly sales insights to support strategy and success.
• Partner with Operations to maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy.
