CHJ GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and leading the sales floor team in Singapore. You will ensure outstanding customer service, handle escalations, and oversee daily operations including cash handling, replenishment, and inventory counts.

The role emphasizes VIP client support, coaching of sales associates, and maintaining store image standards while complying with policies and procedures. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• College diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to drive team performance.
• Familiarity with POS/CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer centric, detail oriented and pragmatic.
• Ability to work retail shift schedules, including weekends/holidays.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead shifts, manage the team on the sales floor, and model service excellence.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and after-sales issues professionally.
• Support VIP clients and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store presentation and image standards.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard new hires; support training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
