• Experience in luxury jewellery, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands.
• Strong sales performance with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage team performance and store standards.
• Passion for luxury retail, people, and customer service.
• Willingness to be trained and developed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pearly Lustre as a Brand Ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling.
• Build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
• Confidently present product stories, craftsmanship, and design inspiration.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain elegant visual merchandising and boutique standards.
• Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Support daily store operations and retail initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store sales team (Senior).
