Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail, luxury, beauty, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and strong clienteling (client engagement & CRM database).
Independent, detailed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented with a strong service flair.
Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; morning, afternoon, and full shifts.
Ability to carry and exceed individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual KPIs: Unit Per Transaction (UPT) and Conversion rate.
Assist in daily sales and weekly sales reporting to head office as needed.
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising: keep stockrooms neat, stocks displayed attractively, and organized by name/SKU.
Manage stock transfers and ensure accurate recording to minimize stock loss.
Acquire new clients and develop relationships by providing regular updates to Ferragamo database.
