SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate/Client Advisor for its luxury retail partner in Singapore. You will deliver premium service, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships in a premium retail environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury fashion or jewelry retail, strong communication skills, and familiarity with digital tools and clienteling platforms. A polished appearance and brand-aligned presentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Passionate about sales with a strong appreciation for premium aesthetics.
• Comfortable using digital tools and clienteling platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media, Salesforce).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets, including KPIs set by management.
• Proactively engage walk-in and returning clients to generate sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and clienteling.
• Deliver a high standard of service aligned with brand guidelines and service philosophy.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand heritage, and industry trends.
• Stay informed about competitors and market developments.
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain professional grooming and adhere to brand presentation standards.
• Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support inventory management and participate in stock takes.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing duties.
• Ensure merchandise displays meet brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Support VM implementation as directed by management.
