Responsibilities

• In-Store Events and Project Management: support client experience standards during key projects.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with external vendors for assets production and timely delivery.
• Exclusive Experiences Coordination: manage client requests for South Asia experiences.
• Data Management and Reporting: maintain weekly trackers and create post-event reports.
• Market Research and Innovation: conduct competitor research to enhance engagement strategies.
• Strategic Initiatives and Workflow Optimization: assist in elevating client engagement and improving processes.
• Events Assistance and Ad-hoc Projects: provide admin support for client events and tasks.
