Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office, invites an internship for six months from January 2027 to June 2027 to join the Retail Excellence team. You will work on in-store customer journey improvements, clienteling tool adoption, and BI-supported insights to boost retail performance across South Asia.

You will help prepare best practice case studies, assist store teams with toolkits and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver service excellence and brand

Job description

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent.

We are looking for an intern to work on Retail Excellence projects to enhance customer experience, clienteling and provide insights to increase retail performance with business intelligence tools and best practices sharing across South Asia zone.

Client Experience

• Assist in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in the end-to-end in-store customer journey.
• Support in preparing 'Best Practice' case studies from top-performing stores to share across the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance service excellence and brand experience.
• Support client experience programs, including Dare to Delight and Voice initiatives, to ensure superior customer satisfaction and engagement.

Client Development & Clienteling

• Assist in monitoring usage and effectiveness of clienteling tools and platforms (Journey, ICON, Welcome) and to support store teams with basic troubleshooting or tips.
• Help prepare toolkits, training materials, guidebook and performance dashboards for store teams focused on client engagement.

Retail Performance Tools & Applications

• Support deployment and adoption of retail performance tools.
• Track retail KPIs such as productivity, traffic conversion, ATV/UPT, and provide data support for performance reviews.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from the Retail Performance Manager to identify trends in store performance and opportunity.

• Strong analytical ability, both quantitative and qualitative
• Strong observational skills with a keen eye for detail in customer interactions.
• Strong computer skills - high proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
