Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Proactive learner with keen interest in fashion and luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update weekly tracker for High Watch & High Jewelry files and invoicing timelines.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments with stores and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Consolidate sales data and maintain performance trackers after local caravans and events.
• Prepare and update presentation materials for Country and Central business review meetings.
• Leverage Power BI to compile reports, analyze business data, and generate insights for HWHJ business.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HWHJ team on ongoing projects.
