Job summary

Hrnet Ventures Pte Ltd - Crew by Hrnet is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate for Central Singapore. The role focuses on delivering personalised service in luxury fashion, jewellery and watches, building client relationships and achieving boutique sales targets.

The position offers a basic salary of S$2,500–S$3,500 with an attractive commission structure, and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as rostered, to provide a premium customer experience in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, watches or premium retail is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with excellent customer service.
• Professional, well-groomed and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised and professional service to customers
• Recommend suitable fashion, jewellery and watch products based on customers' preferences
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
• Develop strong product and collection knowledge
• Support visual merchandising and maintain excellent boutique presentation
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and daily store operations
• Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with luxury service standards
