Job summary

Artyzen Singapore invites applications for a Reservations Executive to ensure smooth operation of the Reservations Department, manage group bookings, and liaise with Sales, Front Office, and Finance to maximize occupancy.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and online channels, maintain guest records, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests. Experience with OPERA Cloud or similar PMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• A degree is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Certification or training in reservation systems (e.g., OPERA Cloud/PMS, HMS, SynXis) preferred.
• Demonstrates technical competency in reservation operations.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Additional language skills are an advantage for international guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the Reservations Department and collaboration with Sales, Front Office, F&B, and Finance.
• Assist with groups pre-arrival and prepare group rooming lists.
• Manage all reservations via phone, email, and online channels; confirm availability and provide stay information.
• Maintain accurate guest records including preferences and payment details.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
