Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel events, MICE, catering, banqueting or event sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of event sales, MICE and banquet business.

Responsibilities

• Maximize business opportunities by selling the right room to the right customer at the right time and price.
• Sell and convert Event leads for the hotel and see the Event to fruition.
• Represent the hotel and participate in domestic sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competition within own market segment.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team while collaborating with F&B, Banquets, Operations, Revenue, Finance and Marketing.
