Job summary

ESG Luxury Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a General Manager to oversee the pre-owned luxury goods business, driving procurement, sales performance and team leadership.

You will align strategies with revenue targets while maintaining product authenticity and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing procurement, inventory control, channel leadership across retail, wholesale, ecommerce and live selling, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in retail, wholesale, procurement or related operations.
• Proven experience leading sales and procurement teams and meeting targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience with inventory management, supplier relations and planning.
• Familiarity with luxury resale markets and authentication is a plus.
• Experience with ecommerce, digital marketplaces and live-selling is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple business functions independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including procurement, sales, inventory and logistics.
• Develop and execute strategies to reach revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Set SOPs and performance standards; monitor budgets and profitability.
• Lead sales across retail, wholesale, ecommerce and live-selling channels.
• Identify opportunities, partnerships and pricing strategies.
• Ensure customer service excellence and professional sales practices.
• Maintain product authentication, condition assessment and quality-control.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Comply with Singapore laws, regulations and company policies.
