Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of management experience in luxury retail or related industry.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and managing business performance.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer engagement and brand management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen, financial management and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for the Singapore business.
• Formulate annual business plans, commercial strategies and investment priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and competitive developments.

• Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and measurable action plans across all departments.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit and profitability targets.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Drive CRM, marketing and client engagement to grow loyalty.
• Oversee brand development and ensure alignment with luxury standards.
