Job summary

Berkeley Residential (Singapore) Private Limited seeks a Property Sales Consultant to generate and manage direct client opportunities for Berkeley’s residential developments in London and the UK. You will handle the full sales cycle, from enquiry to completion, and contribute to Singapore office targets.

You will use consultative selling, build relationships with private clients and professionals, and collaborate with marketing and BD teams to execute client campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales and private-client relationships.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle and meet individual targets.
• Knowledge of London/UK residential property market is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with associates.
• Client-focused, commercially minded and self-motivated with CRM proficiency.
• Willing to attend client events, exhibitions and travel as required.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and client management for Berkeley’s residential developments.
• Qualify, nurture and convert leads; deliver tailored development presentations.
• Negotiate and progress sales with Berkeley’s UK operating companies.
• Own sales targets and contribute to Singapore office objectives.
• Develop new direct-client opportunities through inquiries, referrals and events.
• Build long-term relationships with private clients and professionals.
• Maintain active pipeline and support repeat business and referrals.
