Job summary

Melior seeks an Events Manager to lead luxury and corporate events in Singapore, delivering high-end activations for premium brands and UHNW clients while upholding exacting standards and ensuring calm, controlled delivery.

You will own end-to-end event execution, manage vendors, budgets, and run sheets, and mentor junior staff; strong experience in luxury event production and multi-project leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in luxury event production or B2B corporate events.
• Direct experience with luxury brands and UHNW clients.
• Strong budget management for events ≥ S$100k.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of corporate events and client activations.
• Manage all vendor relationships (AV, production, venue, catering, décor, floral and entertainment).
• Build and manage event budgets and track costs in real time.
• Develop run sheets, production schedules and vendor SOWs.
• Lead on‑site execution and coordinate staff under live pressure.
• Support proposal development and creative concept work.
• Identify risks and propose solutions early.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
