Job summary

Casa Clava in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager who thrives in a luxury lifestyle setting. You will attract new members and retain existing ones, build a pipeline through networking events and industry gatherings, and conduct personalized tours to showcase club amenities and benefits.

You will maintain the CRM, collaborate with the Lifestyle Producer and Concierge teams on campaigns, organize exclusive events, and report on sales performance to hit targets in a high-end service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in hospitality or private members club.
• Experience in high-end service environment.
• Strong networking skills and track record of member acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Based in Singapore and/or APAC market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain members through personalized sales strategies.
• Conduct tours and present club amenities and benefits.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date member data.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Producer and Concierge teams on promotions.
• Report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
